How do books affect your sleep?

A long, boring one will put you to sleep.

An exciting novel will keep you up all night.

A difficult, educational book will wear you out.

But what kind is best before bed?

May I suggest a biography?

They’re usually easy to read

at a leisurely pace.

Learning from a great person’s life

and absorbing it over night

just might change you.
